Meal #6: Hearty Turkey Soup
Dutch Oven:
2 cups of chicken broth
6 cups of water
Put over medium heat until in boiling
2 cups of leftover turkey meat (skin and fat is fine)
let simmer for 5 minutes, reduce to low
2 stalks of celery diced
1 carrot diced
1/2 cup diced green onion
1/4 cup mixed dried veggies
1/4 cup dried onions
Simmer for 15 minutes, stir occasionally
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon grounded black pepper
1 tablespoon chili salt
1 tablespoon ginger
Simmer for 90 minutes
3 cups of pastas
Simmer for 5 minutes
1 tablespoon sage
1 teaspoon chili salt
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
