Copyright in the AR realm: A case study on media law and Pokemon Go
The following slides were used as part of a copyright talk to a graduate student colloquium in Washington D.C. July 23, 2016. The focus of the talk was the connection between copyright law and augmented reality. Specifically, the focus was on the questions surrounding the academic and legal issues around copyright law in augmented reality platforms and environments. I’m still in the process of completing the paper for journal consideration.
The slides can be found here along with the paper when it is finished.
